About the role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to enhance our team and help us scale effectively. In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of experience recruiting for product-oriented companies and have a strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
  • Manage and build the full recruiting lifecycle: posting job ads, screening resumes and conducting first interviews.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve the process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter (experience in startups is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for attracting top talent and contributing to the growth of the company.


Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 and $130,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Exceptions to the proposed salary may apply based on various factors. In addition, we offer a range of additional benefits that will be detailed during the interview process.
